Armed robbery reported at Dayton furniture store – Dayton Daily News

UPDATE @ 11:31 a.m.

The suspect reportedly ran into the furniture store with a gun, prompting an employee to run out of the store to the Metro PCS next door.

The suspect then ran off. It is unclear if the suspect took anything from the store.

INITIAL REPORT

Dayton police are investigating an armed robbery today, Sept. 8, in the 3800 block of North Main Street.

At 10:26 a.m., Dayton police were called to Furniture Express for an armed robbery. A male dressed in black with a mask reportedly displayed a handgun.

The suspect fled on foot toward Chase bank.
