Recently fulfilled needs

“Dear My Neighbor in Need,

I am a single mother of three and we are in need of a couple of dressers to store our clothing. Right now, we place our clothes into piles directly on the floor. Thank you very much.”

My Neighbor in Need response,

“She came into our office inside Times Square and completed the application. We verified her residence and her situation. Her need request was approved and posted on www.myneighborinneed.org as well as featured in the Great Falls Tribune. Thanks to two different donors who had previously dropped off several pieces of furniture including two dressers, we were able to surprise her by telling her need request would be immediately be fulfilled. She was thrilled! Our Good Deed Doers will deliver her dressers later this week. Thank you goes out to the kind donors.”

“Dear My Neighbor in Need,

I am a disabled Veteran with medical issues and I have to go to weekly doctor appointments. I am unable to drive and have very limited resources at this time. I am in need of a bus pass until I receive my disability check which is two-weeks away. Thank you so much.”

My Neighbor in Need response,

“He called us in search of help. We thanked him for his service and sacrifice and then helped him complete the application over the phone. We were able to verify his residency as well as his military service. His need was approved and posted on line. In a very short time a generous donor paid for a month pass using our on-line donation system. Thank you goes out to the caring donor.”
