Vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic will flow easily from 10th Street to Bayfront on a redesigned segment of Third Avenue South between 10th and Goodlette-Frank Road within Naples Square.

Three previously sold, designer-decorated, furnished Phase I model residences are expected to be open for viewing by mid-December.

Residents of Naples Square, as well as visitors and residents elsewhere in Naples, will enjoy more immediate access to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues throughout the entire downtown district from Bayfront west to the beach. Residents will also have the convenience of a commercial component fronting Goodlette-Frank Road east of the residential buildings. A green space will separate the residential and commercial components.
