Time cover shows Trump Cabinet as wrecking balls ‘dismantling government as we know it’ – The Hill

The story quotes former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon for pushing the changes.

“If you look at these Cabinet appointees,” Bannon said in February, “they were all selected for a reason. And that is the deconstruction.”


Donald Trump Jr. weighed in on the magazine’s cover, saying on Twitter that he considers it a compliment to what his father is trying to accomplish as president.

“Love that @time thinks this is a negative for @realDonaldTrump as opposed to EXACTLY what his voters wanted. Thanks for acknowledging!” Trump Jr. wrote to his 2.16 million followers.
